Grand West Electric has been named as electrical contractor for Lido by Battistella, a 9 storey concrete residential high-rise located in Calgary’s Kensington neighbourhood. Featuring 81 homes and 3 levels of underground parking, the building is designed to assist with the revitalization and beautification of the area. 20 executive suites with a private hotel entrance and exclusive elevator will be included as will seven boutique style shops and cafes. Residents will also be able to take advantage of a fully equipped rooftop garden and their choice of three mid-century interior finishing packages.
